If you like to live with intention, I think it’s fair to expect to review how you’re going and recalibrate things. You can do this at any time, but I loved creating this little ritual around solstice and full moon, because that’s what felt resonant.
It’s halfway through 2023, and I was feeling called to create a little process for reviewing my year and recalibrating myself for the remainder.
I found it really beautiful and rather powerful, so I wanted to share it with you :)
So here’s your invitation to review your year to date, and to move forward into the future with revitalised intention and a refreshed focus.
Here’s the basic run down (for reference, once you’ve listened to the episode):
And then… either an embodied movement practice, or a simple meditation with eyes closed, to call to mind how you desire to feel, what you desire to experience, and then allow words to drop into your being/ experience/ consciousness that align with those desires. Pick the one that feels the best.
And voila! You have a new North Star.
