As I record this episode, it’s Valentine’s Day. My belief is that the most important relationship in our lives is the one we have with ourselves (as simple as that may sound). How we think and care about ourselves ultimately impacts how we think and care about others.
So I’m taking this opportunity to invite you into a heartfelt space of self-love.
Not surface-level, heart candy self-love.
Deep, genuine, whole-soul love.
